This year, the European Association for Signal Processing (EURASIP) will award the "Group Technical Achievement Award” to the Director of Fraunhofer FHR Prof. Dr.-Ing. Joachim Ender.

The prize will be awarded to the leader of a group of scientists who for many years have made significant contributions in the field of signal processing and related areas. Prof. Ender will receive the prize for the contributions to array signal processing and multi-channel radar with synthetic aperture (M-SAR).

The scientists Dr. Richard Klemm, Dr. Delphine Cerutti and Dr. Christoph Gierull were closely involved in the research work in the institute.

The awards will be presented in August at EUSIPKO (EURASIP conference) in Bucharest (Romania).
